22K Gold Plated & Anti-Tarnish Finish
Every piece at TKS Fashions is finished with a premium 22K gold plating, layered over base metal to achieve the same warm, luminous shade as fine gold — without the price tag of solid gold.
To help that finish last, each piece also receives a protective anti-tarnish coating. This barrier slows down the natural oxidation that causes plated jewellery to dull or discolour over time, so your pieces keep their shine through regular, everyday wear.
What's covered under our 6-Month Plating Warranty
We stand behind our plating quality. If you notice significant colour fading or a plating defect within 6 months of delivery — under normal, careful use — we'll replace the item with the same piece or an equivalent of the same value.
This warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, impact, harsh chemicals (perfumes, sanitizers, cleaning agents), prolonged water exposure, or general wear and tear.
Tips to make the plating last longer
- Apply perfume, deodorant and lotion before putting your jewellery on, not after.
- Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercising.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear and store separately in a pouch or box.
