SHIPPING POLICY


At TKS, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders.
Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

As soon as your package ships, our courier partner will message you on WhatsApp with your package tracking information.

 


International Orders Policy

  • We ship across the globe via Aramex, DHL, Fedex and Delhivery.
  • For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards. You can also pay through Bank Transfer. (PAYPAL)
  • International Shipping cost is based on your location and order size.
  • Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  • Products usually take 7-10 days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order.
  • We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), you can drop us an email at info@tksfashions.in
  • Tracking details will be shared with you at your registered email address.
  • No exchange/return is applicable on international orders.
  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
