RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the products to you. However, we have a exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases – 

If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product. 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us on the following mail id - info@tksfashions.in a unboxing uncut video without edited of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return at our end.

Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 1-2 working days.

If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by TKS Fashions and accepts TKS  Fashions decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.

Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
