No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of artificial jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is made.
All orders wherein FREE Products included are not elegible for Refunds Or Exchange.
In Case of Damaged Products
Uncut opening video of packed is must in that case
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear uncut opening videos of packed with the damaged item and the outer packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.
Special Circumstances
In rare cases, we may allow an exchange at our discretion. Customers will bear the shipping cost of ₹250/- for exchanges approved under special circumstances.
