What’s Not Covered

This replacement policy does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, bending, or misuse.
• Scratches, dents, or physical damage.
• Breakage due to improper handling.
• Products exposed to harsh chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, cleaning agents, or other corrosive substances.
• Normal wear and tear caused by excessive or improper use.
• Lost or stolen products.

How to Claim

To request a replacement:

1. Contact our customer support within the 6-month coverage period.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
3. Once the claim is verified, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
4. After inspection and approval, a replacement product will be dispatched.

• The replacement is limited to one claim per product.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. TKS FASHIONS will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.

Water Resistance
Our jewellery is designed to offer excellent durability and is suitable for occasional contact with water. However, for maximum longevity of the plating and finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and drying the jewellery thoroughly if it becomes wet.

Following these care instructions will help preserve the colour, shine, and finish of your jewellery. Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidental breakage, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered under our 6-Month Replacement Policy.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State.

Size exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Returns are not accepted for artificial jewellery.
