What’s Covered

• Plating (polish) defects
• Manufacturing-related finish issues

within 6 months from the date of delivery, we will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product of equal value (subject to availability).

What’s Not Covered

This replacement policy does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, bending, or misuse.
• Scratches, dents, or physical damage.
• Breakage due to improper handling.
• Products exposed to harsh chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, cleaning agents, or other corrosive substances.
• Normal wear and tear caused by excessive or improper use.
• Lost or stolen products.

How to Claim

To request a replacement:

1. Contact our customer support within the 6-month coverage period.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
3. Once the claim is verified, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
4. After inspection and approval, a replacement product will be dispatched.

• The replacement is limited to one claim per product.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. TKS FASHIONS will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
• If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, an equivalent product of similar value will be provided.
