In Case of Damaged Products

If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear uncut opening videos of packed with the damaged item and the outer packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.
